Liquid Crack

I don’t drink a lot of coffee in the Spring, Fall, or Winter. I’m a tea gal. But when it’s summer in NYC – NOTHING hits the spot like some good iced coffee. Now if only our easy to find generic places (Dunkin’ Donuts/$tarbucks) were replaced by Peet’s or Gorilla Coffee…or even better the renowned Vietnamese cà phê sữa đá! For those yet to be initiated into cà phê sữa đá (pronounced – cafe sua da). It is coffee brewed in a tiny french press and served over sweetened condensed milk and ice. Pure evil, yet sooo good.
